Testimonials
Our staff work hard to ensure visitors enjoy the events we support. This is just some of the great feedback our staff received in 2009
Take That, Sunderland Stadium of Light
"Can I congratulate your security members for their help, patience, manner and all round excellence. I attended the Take That concert last Sunday, I am disabled and your staff enhanced a wonderful experience making things so easy for myself and my carer. Thank you again."

Sonisphere
"Hi, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved in the organising and running of Sonisphere. I've been going to festivals for a long time now, and this is by far the best in every way. From the layout, the line-up of acts, the stalls, the extra entertainment, and the security, it was all spot on! I've never met such friendly and helpfull security guards, not one of them abused their position like so many do. They are a credit to their company. Please use them in future, they are worth their weight in gold. I cant wait until next year, I'll be first in the queue for tickets. Keep up the great work, keep rockin', and I'll see you next year."

V Festival
"I recently attended the V festival at Weston Park Stafford and experienced some of the best security support I have ever come across. The 'head of security for camping' a scottish gentleman called Chris dealt with my concerns with empathy and genuine concern. I would love to pass on my thanks to him for making my weekend stress free. If this message could be forwarded to him and his manager it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks G4S"

Billy Connelly, SECC
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to G4S Event staff for their outstanding assistance and support rendered to my family last Sunday (4th October 2009).
I had purchased by tickets to attend the Billy Connelly show and attended with my disabled brother and father (both in wheelchairs).
From the outset, G4S staff immediately approached us to offer assistance. Not only did they willingly offer help and advice, they managed to relocate my family into a more accessible are and everyone had an extremely enjoyable night. At the end of the night, Jim even personally escorted my father and brother to the disabled parking area outside.
The actions of Jim and the 2 other members of staff went beyond what was expected. I can only commend them in the highest possible manner and they are indeed a credit to G4S and the SECC.
Please could you pass on my gratitude again to them and I thank you for what was an excellent family evening.

Labour and Conservative Party Conferences
Dear Douglas,
I was given your contact details by your colleague, Nigel Lockwood, as I wanted to write to you in relation to this year’s Labour and Conservative party conferences, which myself and a number of colleagues attended.
The purpose of writing was simply to place on record with you, my appreciation of the work done by the G4S team at both events.
Each day when we turned up to the Conference we were greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome which summed up the G4S team whenever we came into contact with them in both Brighton and Manchester.
I would be grateful if you would pass on my thanks to all of the G4S team who were on duty – led by the guy from Liverpool, whose name I don’t know, but who is a fiercely loyal Everton supporter!
I think all of us are all too ready to moan and complain but equally, we should be ready to appreciate people.
