Our services

Humanitarian aid delivery

We can coordinate all aspects of the humanitarian aid process from the organisation of logistics to delivery of the aid itself.

We can combine the necessary strategic oversight with proven operational support, pragmatic delivery and cultural sensitivity.

We have provided logistic support to the EU programme in Bosnia, logistic convoy protection in Iraq and aviation support to MONUC in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Justice Sector Reform

Our senior teams can deliver a range of justice sector reform consultancy services which support the development of justice sector policy, strategy, doctrine and concepts, transformation assessments, programme evaluations and operational delivery.

We have a proven track record of providing mentoring, training and capacity building to local justice sector personnel, most recently in Afghanistan and Iraq.

We also have proven expertise in the design and management of care and justice programmes worldwide, from titan prisons in South Africa to youth detention facilities in Abu Dhabi and Iraq.

Secure facilities management

We have the strategic and operational capacity to provide a wide range of secure facilities management services from base protection to “hotel services”.

From designing, building and protecting our own secure facility in Kabul, which can accommodate up to 500 employees and clients, to providing support to clients operating in hostile environments around the world.

Disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration (DDR)

We provide integrated DDR programmes to former combatants using our global logistics infrastructure, extensive reintegration training programmes and experienced international development partners: recent examples include training and employment of former combatants in Mozambique and Southern Sudan.

Mine survey, clearance and disposal services

We are a leader in supporting sustainable programmes to remove the menace of landmines and UXOs and assist communities to return to social and economic normality.

Our teams have operated in 24 countries, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Cyprus, Mozambique and Sudan.

Our teams have returned many km² of land to productive use and have destroyed 20 million UXOs and over 175,000 land mines.
