We’ve earned our wings
G4S Aviation has a dedicated training department that has been in operation for a number of years, and is located in a purpose-built training suite comprising classrooms and interview rooms.
All of our trainers are fully certified to European standards and can provide a comprehensive portfolio of training in all aspects of aviation security. Trainers are from all backgrounds including military police and have operational airport security experience.
Principally trainers are based at Heathrow, but we operate a network of regional trainers covering the whole of the UK. We can also provide training services at your own premises in the UK or internationally.
Courses run by G4S can be tailored to meet your specific needs and include:
- Aviation Ground Security Operatives Training (Level 1 Basic Security)
- Aviation Ground Security Supervisors Training (Level 2 Supervisors)
- Aviation Security Managers Training (Level 3 Managers)
- Cargo Level 1- 4 (Awaiting accreditation)
- General Security Awareness Training (GSAT)
- Passenger Assessment Training
- Safety Emergency Procedure, SEP (Flight and cabin crew security training)
We are one of a limited number of companies accredited by the DfT to carry out Level 3 Management Training.
