G4S win inaugural People in Power Accolade

Glen Dale, Director of Health & Safety and Compliance at G4S Utility Services, one of the UK’s largest national providers of metering and field services, has won the National Skills Academy for Power, Power Safety Person of the Year Award
The inaugural awards, organised by the National Skills Academy for Power, a government initiative set up to address the skills shortfall that the power industry is currently facing, aims to recognise outstanding achievements by those working within the Power Sector, from training and education through to vocational learners and employers.
Kim Challis, Managing Director of G4S Utility Services, commented : “This award emphasises the high regard for Health & Safety practices in our business. Since Glen joined G4S Utility Services he has continually raised the bar on the importance and significance of health & safety in our business, implementing and achieving high levels of compliance throughout our office and field operations”.
