Following our strong performance during 2011, in 2012 we aspire to continuously improve our CSR performance across G4S UK & Ireland Region.

Increase the number of employees achieving business-related qualifications by over 5% Ensure the rate of lost time incidents across the Region is reduced by 5% Ensure that every Business Unit has a BS OHSAS 18001 or equivalent health & safety management system in place by the end of 2012 Each Business Unit to complete a regional diversity and inclusion assessment in 2012 Show a year on year improvement in the gender and ethnicity balance of our regional management team (employing more female cleaners for example doesn’t really address the diversity in a way that will add value to our business) |
