EMSyS
'EMSyS' monitoring centre software operates at the heart of the OM247 system.
Monitoring centre operators use EMSyS to enter offenders' details into the system, to set up curfew schemes and GPS tracker inclusion and exclusion zones, and to remotely configure the monitoring hardware.
Key Features
-
Security—Multiple security features including multi-level user access, encrypted communications and automatic database auditing ensure data security and integrity.
-
Fail-safe Hardware—Fail-safe, dual-server architecture switches seamlessly to the back-up system in the event of a hardware failure. Mirrored databases prevent data loss.
-
Simple User Interface—A clear and simple user interface allows new operators to learn the system quickly, keeping training-costs to a minimum. The interface is available in any language.
-
Automatic Alerts—Operators are automatically alerted to any curfew violations. Alerts can be investigated either by contacting the offender by telephone, or by sending a field-based officer.
-
Flexible Reporting—A flexible reporting module provides customised reports on offender behaviour, and equipment and system performance.
-
Integrated Voice Verification—Voice-verification alerts monitoring centre operators if they are speaking to an impersonator, and not to the actual offender. It can be used selectively with specific higher-risk offenders, or applied to all offenders on the system.
-
Scalability—The system is fully scalable to accommodate any size of electronic monitoring scheme.
-
Compatibility—Supports all OM247 monitoring hardware (OM247-MU, PID, TRAK and SOLO).
