G4S recognises that the only way to really transform the delivery of services is in genuine partnership with organisations and individuals from across the criminal justice system.

The Offender Rehabilitation team at G4S has dedicated the last year to developing a model that will best deliver the sentence of the court, public protection and significantly reduce reoffending. This model is designed to provide value for money to the taxpayer and better outcomes. It is based on the principle that effective offender services already exist on the ground. What we can do differently is better coordination and management of these services.

We continue to focus on what works with rehabilitation services in the community. We recognise that the only way to transform the delivery of services is in genuine partnership with these organisations and individuals on a national, regional and local level across the Criminal Justice and Social Care sectors.

We are committed to:
