Patrol and response services

With a national network of mobile security officers, G4S provides patrol, key holding and response services from depots local to you.

With the cost shared by a number of customers in each patrol area, our services can save you money.

Use our patrol and response services out of hours to supplement your existing manned security cover. G4S's officers can make regular, random patrols across your sites - if an intrusion is detected, our security personnel will address the situation and take ownership, notifying keyholders and/or the emergency services as necessary.

• Our vehicles are satellite tracked via the control centre, and are equipped with a secure, auditable system to store your keys safely until they are needed.
• Our Proof of Presence technology provides online, accountable records of the patrols carried out on your premises.
• Using PDAs officers are able to receive their detailed assignment instructions directly from the control centre.
• Use MyG4S to access your accounts online and generate reports on all alarm activity across your sites; update key holder information at the touch of a button.

We have security officers throughout the UK ready to respond in the event of an alarm or remotely monitored CCTV activation:

• As the key holder, acting as a filter to assess the situation and deal with any immediate issues
• As an escort, to meet your key holder and accompany them whilst they investigate further.
