A 2006 independent report found that during the next five years, 83% of companies will face a crisis that will negatively impact profitability between 20-30%. We believe that prevention is better than cure and although crisis events are by their nature unpredictable, they do not have to be unexpected. G4S Risk Management offers a suite of products and services to assist our clients to prepare for and deal with a range of incidents, primarily to ensure they do not deteriorate into a crisis in the first place.
Our approach to crisis management is to:
- Consider the steps required to prevent a crisis occurring
- Determine the preparations needed to react to events outside of your control
- Plan a response if those events should occur
- Develop a post-event business recovery plan
