G4S Retains Aberdeen Football Club Contract

G4S, the largest security company in the UK and Ireland, announced today a contract extension of providing security, stewarding and crowd management services to Aberdeen Football Club.
The contract has immediate effect and is a continuation of services provided to the club for over 10 years. This is a fixed term contract of five years.
Commentating on the continued partnership, John Morgan, Operations Manager for Aberdeen Football Club said: “We are pleased to be continuing to work in partnership with G4S, as it provides professional stewarding services to the club with highly trained personnel who have extensive experience working in this type of environment. This extension allows further development of our commitment to improving standards of safety at Aberdeen Football Club.”
Managing Director of G4S Events, Mark Hamilton, commented, “As the stewarding providers at Pittodrie Stadium, our staff deal directly with supporters at every match either by offering general information or safety advice and guidance.
