Welfare to Work

G4S has established a welfare-to-work business that aims to support tens of thousands of unemployed people back into sustainable employment across the UK

We have designed and now manage three Work Programme contracts on behalf of the government Department for Work and Pensions. We deliver these contracts through an entirely subcontracted network of proven local and national welfare-to-work organisations in the Kent, Surrey and Sussex, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Warrington and North East Yorkshire and the Humber.

We will continue to consult regional stakeholders, policy makers and employers to ensure that our Work Programme contracts are supporting tens of thousands of people into sustainable work in these areas.
