We effectively manage immigration removal centres and pre-departure accommodation for families that are waiting to be repatriated.

This involves the provision of a safe environment, accommodation, catering, medical, religious, education and leisure services for people of diverse ethnicity and cultural backgrounds.

We accept and understand the trust placed in our people for the care and welfare of those held.  We are a caring organisation, sensitive to the fact that many of the people in our centres are concerned at the uncertainty of their future as they await determination of their application to remain in the United Kingdom. Our centres seek to provide a stimulating activities programme, including education and recreation facilities, and to ensure that detainees can maintain contact with friends, families and legal advisers during their stay.

Our contracts, of varying lengths, require us to provide:

  • Catering
  • Healthcare
  • Religious and pastoral care
  • Education
  • Maintenance and cleaning
  • Leisure facilities

We create an understanding environment and promote respect for cultural differences and diversity.
