Cash transportation benefits
Collections and deliveries at your convenience
On a day and at a time to suit you, a fully trained and security vetted crew will arrive at your business to collect your cash, up to an agreed amount. Once collected your cash is delivered to your bank for your account to be credited.
For customers requiring cash deliveries, we can also bring you banknotes and coin to fulfil your cash holding requirements. Upon receiving your order, one of our secure cash centres will sort cash by denomination to meet your specifications and deliver it to your premises the next working day. The amount ordered is then debited from your bank account automatically on the day of delivery.
Protect staff well being and avoid personal attack
There is no doubt that if you or your staff carry cash to and from the bank, there is a risk of attack. As an employer you have an obligation to protect the welfare of your staff. Using G4S Cash Solutions can help reduce the risk of personal attack on you and your staff, and will also assist your business in meeting the necessary health and safety standards.
Reduce your exposure to uninsured cash losses
From the time we collect your cash to the minute it is delivered to the bank, it is insured by us. In the unlikely event that your cash is lost or stolen whilst in our custody, we will refund the value up to the agreed contractual insured limit.
Reduce your insurance premiums
Many insurance companies recognise the wisdom of using a professional cash transportation service. By limiting the risk of crime through using G4S Cash Solutions to take your money to the bank, premiums can be reduced.
Save time and money
In business, time is money. The time that you and your staff spend walking to and from the bank and waiting in lengthy queues could be better used running your business.
Earn interest
Your bank account will be earning interest right up to the day that you receive your cash – we do not debit your account for the amount ordered before the delivery is made.
Reduce your bank charges
In addition to the cost of time wasted walking to bank and the potential cost of cash loss as a result of an attack, you may also be paying more in bank charges for paying in cash over the counter. These charges may be reduced by your bank, if we deliver your cash directly to your bank cash centre or we process it ourselves.
