Services for courts

G4S FM provides specialist facilities management and support services to courts in the UK and Ireland, including the Dublin Criminal Courts of Justice and Manchester City Magistrates Courts

We work in partnership with our customers and encourage a ‘one team’ approach to service delivery. Our motivated teams operate in a culture which focuses on supporting the needs of our customers and the service users.  We encourage a seamless interface between our teams and our customers’ staff, with our people working as a single, unified team to deliver a marked and positive impact on our customers’ operations and performance.

We offer a complete facilities management (FM) service, accessible through a single Customer Service Centre.  This offers a fast, flexible and responsive service that meets the evolving needs of our customers and removes the hassle of having to contact numerous contractors.

Our discreet end-to-end services, coupled with our experience of operating in secure and critical environments, make us the ideal partner for courts and custody centres.  We understand the distinct requirements of court users, such as

  • Judiciary
  • Jury
  • Legal teams
  • The public
  • Detainees

We tailor our services to ensure they are delivered in the most appropriate way and meet the needs of all user groups.

G4S FM has a team of experts who can provide advice and technical and management expertise. Their involvement can start as early as the project design stage and continue through the life of the project. Their involvement in design stages for courts projects has proved invaluable in ensuring the efficient operation of the building services and, in Dublin, has resulted in the building being designed to ensure efficient movement of the different user groups without them coming into contact with each other.
