Development
We have a 45-year track record in training and development. The majority of our clients are large organisations. This allows us the opportunity to design and deliver services in high volume, often to complex, multi-site, organisations whilst maintaining quality and consistency.
Facilitation
A facilitator’s role comprises three core principles: leadership, referee and providing a neutral stance. Our facilitators have extensive experience, sector specific awareness and flexible delivery styles, whilst ensuring a productive group process, whether it is mental mapping a new idea or discussing the latest employee appraisals.
Train the Trainer
A train the trainer approach enables members of your own team to gain first hand skills to disseminate information and learning. We will teach the tools and techniques of training including effective delivery, learning styles and facilitation skills.
We will also work alongside our clients to support organisational and personnel development with a range of services:
• Design and development of training programmes; including leadership and management, equality and diversity, customer service, personal skills, facilitation, team building and train the trainer
• Training needs analysis; 360º degree feedback and psychometrics
