G4S Technology has developed software to manage access control cardholder’s details and options for customising individual access cards.

The user friendly interface ensures that each cardholder can be quickly set up using details, such as name, card number, personal data and access rights. A photograph, signature and biometric data can also be captured for the card holder's badge. 

Card access rights are easy to define during cardholder set up. The system gives you the flexibility you need to grant users special privileges or apply restrictions to card usage, in order to meet the demands of your business. If a card is lost or stolen the status of the card can be easily determined and quickly changed. The Bulk Amendment feature can be used to allow the same change to be made quickly to multiple cards. 

Badges can be printed directly from the main cardholder screen to save time and improve productivity. Card encoding is available with the Magnetic Stripe or Smartcard Encoding option.
