Phoenix Tier One Medic

G4S Specialist Training offers the Edexcel certified, Phoenix Tier One Medic course

This First Person on Scene (intermediate) course has been designed to meet the operational requirements of a medic working in challenging front line environments. Increasingly contracts are requiring security personnel to be trained to this level and this course will provide delegates with an enhanced level of medical capabilty to deal with a casualty in a trauma or medical emergency.

The course includes:

• Pre-hospital assessment
• Patient assessment
• Respiration and airway management (O2 certified)
• Basic life support
• Defibrillation (AED certified)
• Circulation and shock
• Medical related emergencies
• Scenario-based practical skills training
